Did you know that the synthetic vitamins you take everyday may be killing you? Nutrients that are synthetically made in most multivitamins can be toxic over time. Vitamins such as Vitamin C and beta-carotene are not found alone in nature. Vitamin C, for instance is usually in the form of ascorbic acid in vitamin supplements and multivitamins.
