Natural Allergy Relief

Ragweed season is around the corner and for those of you who suffer with ragweed allergies, you are dreading this time of year. Fortunately, nature provides some great effective solutions for allergy sufferers.
Vitamin C is a natural anti-histamine. Be sure to consume plenty of fruits and vegetables that contain Vitamin C in the summer months. Taking a whole food multivitamin high in anti-oxidants may also help with allergy symptoms, as well as a high quality, pure fish oil like VitaFish Oil. Fish oil is a natural anti-inflammatory and slows down the allergic response.
You should also consider a detox at this time of year. Built up toxicity is a cause for allergic reactions as well.

Great articles, I find this information very helpful and will continue to visit your blog. Keep educating people because most of us have no clue what we are putting into our system. I won’t buy cheap gas in my car, why should I be taking synthetic vitamins? I have also use your vitamins and found out that they work so fantastic I am on the Daily essentials the VitaFruits, VitaFish, VitaVeggies and the Vitatree Probiotics. I take them every day and can’t do without them. I will also try out your Vitatree Cholesterol formula. Your products are excellent.
Thanks you very much.
